As with any business without a store front, I'm always skeptical but that uneasy feeling quickly disappeared after my first interaction with Jeffrey. The trust was built instantly after the first repair because his words followed through with his actions. Not only am I getting the optimal service of an expert, I'm paying less than I would if I paid for services at a bike shop! It's a no brainer to use this business so I highly recommend it.

I do occasional cycling each year. The 3 bikes I have are from my children's riding days and have never been serviced, other than some minor DIY inner tube change and cleaning. Jeff was able to looked at the 3 bikes and gave me a very honest opinion about the condition of them. I ended up accepting all of Jeff's recommendations and have them serviced professionally at a very reasonable price. His service is punctual, friendly, honest, and his experience in the business is exceptional. Anyone looking for a bike mechanic need to look no further. Jeff is the guy.

We have taken all our family bikes to Jeff and he has been awesome! Not only in servicing the bikes in a timely fashion at a very reasonable rate but also providing advice on the "life" of a bike and what repairs/upgrades are worth it, especially for kids.

My beloved bicycle was in terrible condition when I brought it to Jeffrey. I use it to commute many kms per week and the brakes, drive train, and hub were all worn out or broken. Jeffrey fixed everything, so that my bike was running like new, and it only took him a couple of days. I am so grateful for the excellent work he did, and the price was very reasonable, especially considering all the work and replacement bike parts!

Jeff has made it possible to fix up my kids' used bikes at reasonable prices rather than putting them in the dump and they'll be in much better condition for the next kid! He even salvaged my bike from my teen years and it's in good working condition now! Keeping bikes on the road and out of the scrap pile.

I have been to Jeff’s multiple times to get my bike tuned for every season of the year. It has been a delightful experience every time. Had a great experience pre-season last year. Jeffrey was communicative and quick, he also was able to fix my shifter saving me a couple hundred dollars on a new part. Highly recommended!
